Gunsmoke Games Values
🕑 Added 2019-12-02 22:24:40 +0000 UTCRecently it became evident that the values in which Gunsmoke Games was built around were not known. A lot has changed in the last 4.5 years since we started this company. So we decided to give a little refresher on some of these values.
People over Profits
Before this company even started we had a simple value that we wanted to build our business around. That value is to be a people first company where profits are a secondary concern. Profits are not above the people we have in or around our company.
We show our work! (Transparency)
This was and still is a big one for us. It’s the reason we have timelines, and why we haven’t abandon those yet. We believe in showing our work always, simple as that.
Keeping the lights on
By far the biggest value that dictates our decisions within the company. We want to make sure that we are around for a long time. Being at the top would be nice, but we won’t take unnecessary risks to get there. This means you can expect us to make games for a very long time.

My biggest thing that I really enjoy about GSG is ever since I saw his early art, start up and first works on bend or break or even SU it's always been clear cut and open, or if there's a delay, we are informed asap. So thank you for standing by this and I'm glad the reception is warm :p

Never had any doubts, you guys have been going solid for years and still surprise us with updates. Hell you even stay active on that f95zone thread.

I am glad you are about quality and are about transparency as a company

I’ve had several Patreon creators but you guys consistently deliver (we won’t mention Scooby-Doo) and your work is of a great quality. I’m staying with you and I look forward to seeing the current game grow. Good Luck, just carry on doing what you’re doing, it works.
