You could probably use the discord. Have a channel for people with certain tiers to post their stuff. At the very least people wouldn't be able to delete each other's posts. You'd probably need to get someone to moderate, like Avery or something so bots aren't a problem.

I'm not sure if it was you or not but looks like a lot of the OC references that were there last night are gone/deleted only things not gone are the .txt's from the people who put them there and a few ref images from the latest ppl who submitted their ocs
