Hey Ann - I love it when you do a new take on "a classic", be it a cake or dessert. I have made your 2 ingredient chocolate mousse a million times! It was just ground breaking for me. I reckon this could be the basis of a new series for you (and us hahahaha): . Your recent version of Mont Blanc is another good example of what I am talking about. Putting it another way ... do you have any interesting takes on Pavlova? Tarte Tatin? Poire Belle Helene? Charlotte Russe? The list goes on and on and on. The way Adam Liaw stabilises his Pavlova is so innovative and amazing, its worth introducing to the world! It might also make a great example of one of your recipe testing videos. Heheheh so great to be able to talk to you directly.
