I can’t upload the video (I’ll do it tomorrow. More than half is uploading and that’s it) (And tell me the video that I posted below, is it also turned upside down for you?

made a video for sale for you. I'll be posting soon. I'll post a short segment, and a full video for 10 minutes 🔥

I did evening cardio 💪🏻 you can go to bed 🥱 Good night everyone 🫶🏼

today I trained so well at home ☺️ At first I didn’t feel like it, but then I got so much strength 💪🏻

I found another photo 😊 in fact there are so many of them that I probably missed some photos and did not publish

I filmed the video very early ☺️🥱 so sleepy 😁

took pictures for you today 😊

good night everyone 🔥

I will slowly try to return to the mode, both training and nutrition. I completely fell out of it 🫤 There was neither time nor desire. Now I will start all over again. I don’t know what all this is connected with, maybe because of spring and beriberi, maybe just because of the accumulated fatigue, or maybe just because there have been no changes in life for a long time. But in any case, I will continue to move forward 💪🏻 Well, in t...

yesterday I was so tired that I didn’t have time to post anything and fell asleep 😴

I haven’t been able to train at all lately 🫤 that’s why it’s the way it is 🤷🏼‍♂️

it seems that this photo was not there 😏 The last two or three weeks I have been feeling terrible, I think this is due to changes in the weather and the arrival of spring. I practically didn’t train, haven’t felt so bad for a long time 😒 Today is probably the first day when I feel a little better, I hope that it will continue like this 🙏🏻 I’ll start returning to the mode 💪🏻

after yesterday's workout 💪🏻💦

good evening everyone 🤗 and have a good weekend 🙏🏻 don't forget to rest, what I don't do))

there are still a few photos from this photo shoot 🔥

lately there is so little strength 🥴 I think it's beriberi after winter. Training is very, very hard 😣 I try to rest as much as possible, but it doesn’t always work out. But we will try to move on 💪🏻 about the video for sale, I remember 🙏🏻 I will definitely do it 🫶🏼

❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

the last few days I feel very bad, I hope it's just because of the weather, but I have some kind of breakdown and very low pressure 😑 I continue to upload photos ☺️

Good night 😴

I hope your weekend was great ☺️ I continue to train and do everything for growth and results 💪🏻 I will record a new video for sale the other day 💦 I bought myself a lubricant 😏

I decided to add cardio workouts from today, in the evening before going to bed) honestly, I don’t know why 😁 I don’t have the strength anyway, but we’ll see 💪🏻

I probably need to upload photos in the morning 😁 by the evening I'm just exhausted and can't come up with a text)

I found old photos, I don’t remember if I published them, it seems not 😏

Hello everyone 🤗 yesterday I thought for a long time about the development of my page. And I decided to create several subscription levels. Regular , premium and VIP subscription . I'm still thinking about pricing. The regular subscription is the one that is currently available. Premium subscribers will be able to receive "videos for sale" for free, and I will also consider how many videos they will be guaranteed to receive, f...
