In Ayurveda brushing the tongue and teeth first thing in the morning before swallowing anything is said to clean the nights bacteria away as to not send it further down your system. But really I just do it to practice my deep throating and keep my gag reflex in check ;)

I competed for the USA for two years traveling the world and gaining medals representing this country. Can’t say I miss it, can’t say I don’t.
