Just compared my InBody results from September – I've gained 2.3 kg of muscle! Sure, my overall weight went up too, but I feel so much stronger and more confident. It’s amazing to see that all the effort is really paying off. The numbers aren’t everything, but the feeling of progress is priceless! But today I feel so happy because after 8 months working as a frontend developer, I got a raise, contract extension and some positive feedback 🤩 being a developer can be very frustrating when you can't solve the problems but I'm glad trying hard gets me somewhere as well. 😄💪
