Coach saw me and was so mad at me for how much weight I’ve put on 😭 he told me I had to keep gaining if I wanted to be apart of the team at all for his extra heavy weights. Even made me chug on camera for him almost naked to make sure I’m gaining enough in all the right places 😭 this is so humiliating but I also can’t help but get turned on by what he wants. Can’t let him know that 😥

Starting tomorrow when my 12lb bag of mass gainer arrives I’m gonna do the GOMAD challenge this week but instead of a gallon of milk alone everyday I’m gonna mix in all those extra calories in shakes all day and see how big I can get 😏 all from lifting weights of course.
