This weekend was so so so much fun! It was all so beautiful not just the Tub but also all the surrounding areas. Hiking has played such a huge part in my healing journey ๐ฅฐ hereโs some pics I took at my first trail of the day yesterday ๐ I did a total of 3 trails and over 4 miles. Next year I would absolutely love to take my first backpacking trip, I still need to work on my uphill cardio though. One of the trails was pure uphill. That one was definitely humbling haha but very worth it ๐ฅฒ๐ป
