Chapter Seven (0.07.0) Final Update
By now, most of you know what "Final Update" means. It means that we're *this* close to a new release. In fact, we're a bit ahead of the game: 0.07.0 has already been tested and uploaded, ready for release. Development went surprisingly smooth, even with the fact that I re-shot two and a half sequences because I didn't like how they looked the first time. For Chapter Seven, there's a fair amount of text that's dependent...
Chapter Seven (0.07.0) Update #2
Whelp. Chapter Seven is trucking along pretty well. There's currently a playable build with fourteen of the planned seventeen scenes running on my computer. While some of the sequences will need some added shots or expansion of the script, the basic core of the chapter is running well. From a writing standpoint, I have to say that I'm enjoying the natural evolution of the story that adding Naomi has produced. While the story is still mostl...
Pledging to be available in Euros (€), British Pounds (£) or U.S. Dollars ($)
Apparently the big NEW news from Patreon is that they're adding support for EUR € and GBP £ to payment options, with the promise of adding more currencies in the future. While I'm not an expert on exchange rates and purchases from one monetary unit from another, I assume this means that patrons from different markets will get a better--or more accurate (without and extra fees)--rate for their patronage.Right now, this choice is opt-in ...
August 2020's Patron-exclusive Wallpapers
For August, I finally got around to doing a set with Now Naomi. I've been holding off on her until the players got to formally meet her in the recently-released Chapter Six.August 2020 #1 Hi-res version (3840x2160)August 2020 #2 Hi-res version (3840x2160) - Kinderfeld
Chapter Seven (0.07.0) Update #1
Work for Chapter Seven has formally started. In fact, the first four scenes are already in a playable format. One of them will require some serious testing because it's dependent on a flag that the player may or may not have acquired two chapters prior. It also generates two new conversation flags and has the potential to unlock an additional small sequence in a later scene (depending on how many points you have with a certain girl).Gotta say...
About the Cast: Chapter Six
For the first time since Chapter Three, we have new cast members to properly introduce.Much to Jack's surprise, he stumbles across Naomi, Carol's best friend, while scavenging out in the city. Believing her to have fled the city with her parents, he's stunned to find her being chased by the local bandit crew. The leader of the local bandit gang, Chaz is a cruel monster of a man who hides his face behind a hooded mask. While Jack has he...

Poll: Upcoming Seasonal Content (Update 8/15)
EDIT with Update (August 15, 2020):It looks like we have a clear winner, with the canon story The Help Call (which will probably be renamed). Since I've already put in work on the script, you'll be happy to know that this chapter has some minor ties into the main story that might not be obvious until later in Part Two (there is a mention of something from the scene in Chapter Seven). For those who voted for the non-canon scene, fret not. I...
Notification: A Change in Billing, Pause August Billing
I just wanted to post this announcement about an upcoming change in billing for this page. Over the past couple months, I've been seeing an upswing of users signing up as a Patron to get early access to links or Patron-exclusive content, only to drop out the same day. I should probably take this as some kind of compliment, but, ultimately, I find it unfair to my dedicated Patrons.I have paused the billing cycle for August 1st. On August 2nd, ...

Chapter Six (0.06.0) Final Update
Here we are. With Chapter Six in the final stretch. I currently have a test build with all the update's content for a few run-throughs on multiple platforms. This is especially important for this build for a couple reasons: 1) Testing the change to animations to see what weird crap happens to old saves. 2) There are scenes with multiple choices that set flags crucial to the future story in later chapters. 3) There is one short scene that only ...
Chapter Six (0.06.0) Update #2
Chapter Six is moving along at a brisk pace, development-wise. With two (and a half) large scenes left to build (and a couple small transition scenes), I think we're relatively on target. Not much else to say. This is another update where I'm holding back posting a lot of images from about 70% of the content already created purely because of SPOILERS. So, what I'm posting is dancing around the Chapter's main arc.Technical Update:As...
July 2020's NSFW Wallpapers
This set of wallpapers isn't so much themed as it's just something I've been sitting on for a while. In fact, I'd put this scene together probably before even Chapter One was complete. Much like the Alice wallpapers from last month, I was holding onto a specific moment in the game to be released before I published these. There are also tamer public variants (found here).A progress report for Chapter Six should be coming down the pi...

Chapter Six (0.06.0) Update #1
After some time spent enjoying the afterglow of Chapter Five, it's time to move on.While looking at the update at it exists on my computer, 24% is such a weird number. Like, only the first scene is entirely playable, right now. But, all the photography and animation for the second scene, which is fairly big, is done. So once the writing is complete and its all dropped into the code, the rest of the update should flow pretty quickly. And after...

Behind the Scenes: Carol
Today, in Behind the Scenes, I want to talk about making characters. Specifically, the main cast of Jack and Carol. If you've used Honey Select Studio, you'll find that the character creator for females has a ton of options, allowing for a wide range of characters. In fact, if you're good, you can create a unique style that makes your girls stand out from the ocean of others. Look at the likes of Harem Hotel, A House in the Rift, or T...
July 2020's Patron-exclusive Wallpapers
The theme for July is Caught Sunbathing, because it's a regular trope that girls like to sunbathe topless. Especially during the summer in their backyards. Which, of course, leads to every dude in the neighborhood trying to sneak a peek. Chapter Five (0.05.0) Final Update
And with that, Chapter Five is in the final testing stages. I should be uploading the final files before the night is over for release. While I want to talk about all the work that went into this update, I don't want to ruin the user experience too much. Chapter Five brings to resolution the story's first big tent-pole plot point, leading to newer challenges for Jack and Carol. In fact, most of the screens released to date have been from e...
Chapter Five (0.05.0) Update #2
Time for another update for Chapter Five. While the work for the first six or so scenes zipped by quickly, we've hit the more work-intensive portion of the chapter. Three of the story's biggest moments are in the back half of the update, and as such, need to handled with care. The main reason that the last two scenes in particular are taking so much time is due to the sheer number of unique poses being employed. There is a single transitio...
Chapter Five (0.05.0) Update #1
Unlike previous releases, we are already fully underway in the development of Chapter Five before the first development announcement. Considering the cliffhanger nature of the last chapter, I'm sure some of you are happy to hear the aggressive timeline already employed.I actually started pulling the script together in between releasing 0.04.0 to Tier 3 Patrons and by the time it went public. With how important the events of Chapter Five are, ...
June 2020's NSFW Wallpapers
There's less of a theme for June's wallpapers/pin-ups this time around. Instead, since we got a saucy scene with Alice in Chapter Four, I figured it'd be nice to have a little fun with her.If you want to see how this begins, check out the public variants. In terms of news on the Chapter Five front, expect an update in the next day or two (work's already begun but I don't have a solid progress number yet).June 2020 NSFW #1 Hi-re...

Chapter Four (0.04.0) Final Update
While I knew that the work on Chapter Four would be a little quicker this time around, I'm gonna admit at being surprised how quickly the last few scenes came together. With most of the sets and characters already built during the development of the first three chapters, most of my time was spend on custom animations of the more complex scenes.Still, we've hit the test, read and pre-launch moment of the development cycle.Barring any unfor...
Chapter Four (0.04.0) Update #3
Right now, we're hovering at 60%. This number was actually higher before I added two additional scenes to the update plot outline. Neither sequence is planned to be particularly long, but I felt both would add to the experience, both in pacing and foreshadowing future events. So, adding a little extra work would be worth it for the final product. In terms of GUI and non-story code, the Gallery is fully up and functioning. I dropped in two unlo...
