Me, Myself and You
Melisa MendiniI never know how to write the model's name. Sometimes, she wrote herself with one s, sometimes with two. Somehow, she managed to become famous under multiple names.
JOMO
Amedea, Paris, 2018JOMO stands for Joy Of Missing Out and it describes a feeling of joy when not being around social media, for example. Amedea turned off her mobile during the shoot with me and this was so rare and great that I just had to name this series JOMO.We worked in an apartment in Paris which I had rented only for a couple of hours. It was close to the train station and I discovered a new district which was very nice.
Bonus: Horizontal Mambo
Nathalie, Paris, 2013I took these photos at a place called Loft 7. Nathalie and I clicked immediately. She was very shy, but eager to work. You can tell, if a girl likes to play in front of the camera or not. And she had a free mind. I absolutely enjoyed working with her.So, here comes an out take of photos that never made it into my series "Horizontal Mambo", but which are at least 'second best', I'd say.
