I made the test animation and tracked the progress of how much time I used to do the sprite, rigging, and animation. Itdid save a lot of time!but it needs a bit of tuning maybe?

Short hair and higher-definition Hiro +bones animation.I could also remake all the character sprites to use bone animation and higher definition.this helps save a lot of time, is easier to implement & animate, and looks smoother but, using this will cause a loss of pixel art aestheticwhat do you guys think about it?

sorry for the slow update. I'm busy with some college stuff.
