Abs

I've never really been too happy with my abs. Because of my disability I struggle with ab workouts. That's not to say that I've been unhappy with them but compared to everything else it's never been my personal strong suit. However I have recently had a conversation aboud doing pole sport and how it uses a lot of ab strength and how I never really noticed it. That conversation has made me feel a lot more comfortable with my abs
