Midweek Moleskine: Dragoness in Lava

A buff dragoness chillin' in her favorite volcano. If it seems like there's less detail, that's because this was drawn in a pocket sketchbook.

Midweek Moleskine: Dragon Dudes

MM's are back! This time we got some studly dragons.

Commissions are now CLOSED!

Well that didn't take long at all. Thanks everyone who participated!

Hello everyone! After a long hiatus, commissions are now available!I've also made a slight change to my commission information: instead of having a seperate page on each of my accounts, all my commission info is now available on a single Google Doc page. This will making it much easier for me to make any necessary edits without having to rush between multiple sites. The actual rules haven't been changed much besides a few clarifications h...

Update on Things and Stuff

Hello everyone; thanks for all the kind words last week. As of now, I'm feeling a lot better, and getting back into the swing of things. I finally managed to draw a couple things over the last few days, which really helped. I'll probably never get over the death of my cat Anya, but I'm definitely learning to move on. So thank you to all the folks who supported me, both here and elsewhere. And to all the folks to whom I still owe Patron...

Art Block/Midweek Moleskines This Week

Hey everyone; sorry for being so quiet these last few days. I had to put my cat down last Friday, and it's been a rough week ever since. After burying her in the backyard and crying on and off for two days, I've just been feeling emotionally drained, lacking any motivation to draw or do anything creative. I've been keeping myself busy with work and chores, but all I really feel like doing is just lying in bed all day.Still, I don't...

For Bryan K: Suddenly Dragon!

A long-overdue patreon reward for Bryan K, featuring a dragon with its eyes (and mouth!) on you! Better duck!

For GalloViking: Lost and Found

Commission for GalloViking of his kitsune Kayomi, giving Stella the doe a scare.Kayomi is usually a benevolent and motherly figure that takes care of everyone, but it's an entirely different story when she starts hunting in her feral form. She won't hurt Stella of course, but she loves giving her a right spook when she can.

For Zoljen: Talon

Commission done for Zoljen on DeviantART of his changeling-dragon OC, Talon. Won't you join him for a good read?

Just testing out the new "Benefits" tracker thingy

Just a heads up everyone; I just tried out the Benefits tracker that Patreon has just added, and have added appropriate benefits to each tier. They haven't changed, but hopefully this will make it easier to keep track of everyone's rewards.Speaking of which, I don't know if this sends patrons a message about what benefits they get, but if it does and you get a message saying that you've earned a patreon reward, please just ignore ...

BotW: Fish Sticks

While browsing Breath of the Wild tags on Tumblr, I found that there's a lot more discourse on the shape of Prince Sidon's piscine peener than expected.Colored version of this sketch comic originally posted on Tumblr.

Bigfoot Bot (colored)

Colored version of this Midweek Moleskine. The hardest part of this picture was trying to decide what color the robot should be.I'm planning on inking and coloring a few more Midweek Moleskine drawings soon- if anyone has any particular MMs they'd like to see in color, feel free to tell me in the comments!

The Best Part of Being A Shark

Colored version of a comic I had previously posted on Tumblr.

A Valuable Lesson Has Been Learned

Namely that I need to write down what Patreon Rewards and commissions I need to do immediately after I get my clients' requests, otherwise I will forget until like a month later after re-discovering the messages. I've missed client requests in the past now and then, but after searching through my messages and e-mail I discovered that I have FIVE Patreon rewards overdue! This is incredibly embarrassing and unprofessional on my part, and I ...

For Industrious_Change: Changeling Ball

Patreon reward for Industrious_Change, featuring her Changeling OC Aurora meeting Chrysalis at some sort of fancy dress party. Seems they've hit off pretty well!

Midweek Moleskine: Dial Tone

A giant robot drawing inspired by the long road trips my family and I used to go on.Don't care too much for how this came out; it's not even half-finished. I mostly just wanted to get this idea on paper before it vanished from my mind. Next time I draw this I'll work on bigger paper.

Midweek Moleskine: Muscle Study

A half-hour study of muscles. One thing I found that helps when doing art studies is using both photos and drawings as references. Photos are good for learning proper perspective, anatomy and proportions, but drawings and studies that other people have done can help you get an idea of how to render them well on paper. Photos should always be your main source of reference of course, but looking at how other people have drawn things can help too (so...

Midweek Moleskine: Bathroom Bots

Can they offer you a hot towel or cold water to freshen up?

Midweek Moleskine: Goat Girls

A random smattering of anthro goat ladies.

For Lars777: Undyne vs. Omega Rugal

Commission for Lars777 on DeviantART of Undyne from Undertale fighting Omega Rugal from King of Fighters on the bridge of his battleship.

Reminder to check your e-mails if you're a new Patron!

Whenever I get a new patron or a patron increases their tier level, I always send a PM via Patreon detailing their Patreon rewards and privileges, but I also send an e-mail as well, to whatever e-mail is associated with your Patreon account. So be sure to check both your private messages and your e-mail accounts for a message from me so you can tell me what kind of free drawing or drawings you'd like me to make for you!NOTE: I send a message ...

Taking a break from MMs to work on commissions

No Midweek Moleskines today! I'm going to be working on my last couple commissions first, and then hopefully before next Wednesday I'll be able to post them.some.

For Sunjian54: Lady Eris

Commission for Sunjian54 on DeviantART of his character Lady Eris, a noblewoman who is secretly half-wolf.

For Rae: Miracles and Monsters

Commission for Rae, based on a poem she wrote.

Sketch - Disconnected

I'm not a fan of really bloody, gory art in general, though one subset of gore art that I do like is the sort of stylized, cartoony "fruit gore" or "candy gore" I've seen in the furry fandom, where a character is chopped up or disemboweled but their insides are stylized to look like fruit, candy, or some other colorful substance. I've wanted to try something like it myself, but wanted to do something different, so I ga...
