This was 20 mins of desserrts, by the end i ammessy with melted chocoate ice cream in just a jocksrap panting trying to catch my breath as im so bloated and stuffed...enjoy.

Stressful times …
Sorry I’ve not been as active this month. Currently moving out of my home of 17 years …stressful ain’t the word!!! But strangely…as is usually the case with stress…I’m not loosing weight. Of anything…i have added weight. Which is a nice change!!!
