Well, I've been messing up character's sizes for a long time, I never knew what the reason was, until a friend pointed out the problem.Basically, I was using the sizes of the academy outfit (which should be the "canon" sizes), but in reality, in game models uses a different chest scaling for classes resulting in Mercie having a larger chest size than Hilda's (pre time-skip).
