Chapter 19, Pages 17-18
Works on humans.
Chapter 19, Pages 15-16
Now turn to ash like a cartoon!
TDL Chapter 19, Pages 10-13 Thumbnails
I didn't change these much at all when I went to the final pages! Though the brief story outline I was following got some tweaks.
Chapter 19, Pages 12-14
Oh, okay, so it can't be put out by water. Oh, okay, so this rain has no benefits.
Chapter 19, Page 11
Ambre (2 sec. after trying to chop someone's head off): I wasn't trying to chop someone's head off. BTW are you free tomorrow?
Chapter 19, Page 10
The girl who gave you her numberis about to kick your butt! Wicked!
TDL Chapter 19, Pages 6-9 Thumbnails
Sarah came up with that Talent suppressor baton (plus the suppressor version of Ambre's tonfa-esque blades) not for this situation specifically, but in case of a situation likethis. Useful for a fight scene!
Chapter 19, Page 9
Many, many forms...
Chapter 19, Pages 7-8
Talent suppressors can take manyforms, it seems...
TDL Chapter 18 Concepts (yusarah)
I'm not totally satisfied with the ship/pairing name for these two maniacs... If you've got a good one, please tell me in the comments! U_UThe first pic is a bit older, but the second is pretty recent! (You can probably tell, seeing as I was referencing a couple of those TikTok audios.) (...Unless TikTok took it from somewhere else, in which case I guess I was referencing that!)I'm pretty sure I haven't posted the cigarette exchan...
Chapter 19, Page 6
"Firestorm" Yuma Never. Talent: Hellfire (She can spontaneously create fires. When holding a weapon—or a makeshift weapon, she can imbue it with fire to increase its damage.)
TDL Chapter 19, Pages 1-5 Thumbnails
No cover thumbnail (page 4) as usual. These sketches are a bit looser than previous ones! I'm trying something a little different in my process, but I don't think it changes the final look too drastically.
Chapter 19, Pages 4-5
What's your game plan?
TDL Chapter 18 Sketches (goofs!)
I'd re-watched those Real-Time Sonic Fandubs at the time of drawing this (about a year or two ago?), so here you are! There are a couple of TDL spoilers I cut out. Would you believe I don't know anything about Sonic? Because I don't know anything about Sonic....Except that my old dentist had a game kids could play while we waited to get our teeth cleaned. Never beat a single level of that!
Chapter 19, Pages 1-3
"Blizzard" Kilo. Talent: Box (He can create invisible, unbreakable barriers by waving a hand or snapping. They are cube-shaped, and will cut through anything in their way.)
TDL Chapter 18 Concepts (old!)
You can tell these are old because Yuma has a totally different design! They're probably from the 2018-2019 range, I'd guess (I don't remember exactly). There are some bits in here (notably, the last pic) that depict Kilo and Yuma as they were before getting arrested, a time period we'll dive into later in the comic. But there are no real spoilers, so I'm posting them now!
TDL Chapter 18, Pages 24-26 Thumbnails
Partridge may be pushy and a bit naïve, but props for putting her own safety on the line! The FHTC doesn't even know TDL and NYSM are here, but this retrieval mission is already way more complicated than it was before. And will Samantha and Ambre's nebulous relationship survive the coming fight? This next chapter is gonna be tasty...
Chapter 18, Page 26
I'll be taking a brief, weeklong break. When we return, get ready for...ACTION! HIGH STAKES! A SURPRISING AMOUNT OF RELATIONSHIP DRAMA!!
Chapter 18, Pages 24-25
Guess the old Talent Plasma supplier from 2012had to be replaced after all. The new one...it's name isn't nearly as cool, huh? The heir has much more spirit, though!
TDL Chapter 18, Pages 20-23 Thumbnails
The Yuma-Sarah relationship makes me insane. No I will not explain (you'll see flashbacks eventually).
Chapter 18, Page 23
What now?
Chapter 18, Page 22
This will absolutely not go well!!
Chapter 18, Page 21
This will not go well!
I posted a future TDL page for 2 seconds by accident... :|
Ignore it please! <3 Here's a little doodle for your time.
Chapter 18, Page 20
OHHHH MY GOD... EXES!!
TDL Chapter 18, Pages 14-19 Thumbnails
I am very excited for drawing this storm, if you can't already tell. >:}
Chapter 18, Pages 18-19
>:O !!!
Chapter 18, Page 17
Safe!!
TDL Chapter 18, Pages 7-13 Thumbnails
Both groups are having fun! ...For a little while.TDL and NYSM are following both Eight's lead and the old man's–Larry Mimicry.
