Backstage. Highlights
Before I got my hands on camera and we shot these for the lingerie brand, first, we did our test shots on the phone and I just realised I’ve never shared them. With Erin O’Hara
Red Series
There has been always a thing for me anout skin and flowers. Both living and dying with a difference pace. It’s been a while I shot self-portrait close ups, yet every time I do, I get inspired to shoot more
Red in Edit
Almost done with red series. Love for colors is slowly returning to me.
Skin and Forms
It's interesting how the more I work the less I feel productive sometimes. I've been editing lots of client work lately and was not able to edit something for my soul - this series, for example Yet slowly I am getting there, sharing my color experiments with you and still trying to decide - do I keep the bruises or no? Some of you said to keep it, so, should I? More to come soon
Workshop
Here are a few frames that I received from Photographer , who participated in the latest workshop on a studio light where I was a model By @bare_humanity
Woman.
Do I keep or remove the bruises?
Todays magic
Today I finally realised one of my dreams, shot a lot of skin on red tones. This is going to be so beautiful I was ready to cry during the shoot. The shapes, the forms, the lights, Lexi. Looking forward to share more
Meanwhile in Canada
Today is my tourist day in Toronto, exploring the downtown and museums, but had some time in the morning to capture a few self portraits that I’ll be sharing once I’m back to nyc! Hope everyone is having a great week
Denim and Marks
Oversize and lace on 50mm and 35mm
Daily tasks
Friends, I hope everyone is having a great weekend! My weekend looks like this most of the time - editing client work, so many shoots that I don’t share on my socials. Ps. Editing in bed - genius or lazy?
Blue and Green Duet
In a world that often places unrealistic expectations on women’s bodies, more and more women are turning to photography and lingerie as tools for self-empowerment and body positivity. These mediums allow women to embrace their bodies, celebrate their curves, and feel confident in their own skin.Photography has long been used as a form of self-expression and empowerment. Through the lens of a camera, women can capture their beauty, strength, and...
Pretty Little things
Finally have some time to edit this series that are long due to be shown! From our shoot for lingerie brand Bordelle. With Erin O’Hara 🤍📸
Steam and Skin. Full Series
I've always loved the softness of the shots in humid conditions, it gives the framing softness without editing (even though, of course, these are edited per usual)
Body Abstraction
Human body - the most precious canvas we are given, with its marks, its folds, its imperfections
Blue Hour in Blue
Wearing stunning set by atelierbordelle captured by Erin O’Hara
Studio Life Raw
Honestly, it's an interesting experience to edit someone's else work. These are straight from camera shots from a workshop where I worked as a model, but I decided to make an experiment and edit it myself, which transforms these series to a completely different vibe, much moodier and deeper. Nevertheless, I decided to share some of the unedited work. Kalabina with no editing :)
Behind the scenes
Little sneak peek from my daily work as a photographer. Shooting beautiful Katherine
If woman was a sculpture
A full series from recent work with Adam Whittaker
New Orleans
Writing this from a cab to the airport. Next few days will be accompanied with my Fuji x100v while listening to jazz, enjoying the architecture and sharing my experience with you, of course. Hope your week is going great and looking forward to this little trip.
