Hot Girl Summer w/ nude alt
just a fun thing that started as a warm-up from ref before i moved onto VS. Kinda turned into a thing i will probably include n the smut-life zine! I'm also in NY visiting my fam so i'm really grinding out drawing focused on getting this comic completely out the door before i tackle other zines or my other projects. it'll feel really liberating to have done VS and be finally done with it and now open to do other smaller or larger proj...
Hot Girl Summer
It's June! did a little fun drawing of summer alyx between doing VANCE SUBPRIME pages and practiced some painting with the max pack oil brushes. its actually making me like using color again.Im trying out patreon as another way to share my work for free but i will continue to post exclusive stuff like sketches, alts, line art, nsfw art, and more all in hi-res in my paid tiers.there is a nude alt in my spicy deluxe tier....
More Ari stuff
made some modifications to the sheets and added a back view of Ari's jumpsuit as well as some vis dev of a balaclava, a sketch from downtime at work that doesn't have the right body proportions, and a wip of a future illo.
May 2024 Monthly Report
Hey, long time no see. i kinda dropped the ball on doing these so sorry about that! Let's get into it. But first, friendly reminder, i do have (2) online stores! My Big Cartel is for US/CA and Etsyfor UK/EU. Anyone can shop on the etsy store but if you can, shopping on my big cartel helps me avoid Etsy's aggregious fees. I have a selection of stickers as well as prints, risograph prints, and original art from my show last year. I periodic...
sexy friday
yippee, friday! decided to draw some of my pilot babe to start out the day
snpr//gal - Ariadna Expressions
finally whipped up an expression sheet for my OC! now to do attitudes + poses, as well as a line up of all her different outfits. It's so fun to get to realize an OC like this, it really helps them come to life and is super satisfying.
WIPs: Pilot Babe + Smut-Life Zine
Sketches of pilot babe, and some WIP covers for the smutty half-life zine im compiling. it'll just be a compilation of select nsfw hl art ive done in the past few years as well as some remasters and new drawings. Free to patrons of the spicy, spicy deluxe tiers and up, will probably sell on itch.io
sexy friday :)
some shibari before i have to cook for a pot luck! photo ref credit to Jesse Flanagan @/jflanaganphoto on Twitter
yippee! smut!
i said i would not do hl fan art until i finshed vs (which im working very hard on) but, i've had some irl frustrations and felt like taking it out in something indulgent. the latest news on state of gaming/tech industry jobs has got me feeling extremely down. Being a barista at 28, with only mod dev exp on my belt and junior jobs non existent, potential job in the game or animation industry feels further away. i am far from pessimistic in my...
ari paint + lines
started with a sketch then inks, and then decided i wanted to paint it like a trad oil paint but it was coming out like shit and i wasnt having fun, so i went back to my normal coloring process. i do want to figure out how to paint in a way i enjoy without line art! just a warm up before i wrap up this current page of VS
more snpr//gal development
some stuff ive been cookin. trying to heed the advice of Kris Anka's i got at Lightbox last year; to make more expressions and attitudes! gonna chip away at inks for those soon.
warm-ups and wips
first 2 drawn from ref. lately ive been trying to practice volume and perspective in some of these, going back to fundamentals in drawing cubes to start out a head, but also trying to maintain that balance of volume and flatness/graphicness i like. also tried coloring with my oil brushes and i like the feel!i know these aren't super exciting drawings, i realize i do a lot of studying and practicing when i sketch and i do have my fun on certai...
Fallout Fan Art
some quick fan art of Lucy from the Fallout show! I'm really digging it and just finished the finale last night. I only played a few hours of NV and Fallout Shelter in 2015 but now may be a good time to revisit.Probably draw some crispy cowboy cooper next!
sexy friday
workshoppin this lewd harness pilot design. pretty inspired by Titanfall pilot and Ashley Wood's Lasstranaut. i think she needs a big gun or jetpack and a giant mech! very silly but fun to draw.
more flippant drawings (lewd ed.)
topless muscle car repairs!!
more flippant drawings
gordon crashed the car, again. just having fun.
sexy friday
this morning's warm-up. cooking up a lot of stuff for sniper gal, character designs, commissions, more spicy drawings, and a small riso-printed artbook.
D + D Character Commissions
five recent D+D character concepts i did for a friend's campaign as well as some process sketches + inks.
platform slides + timelapse
Hope evertone had a good Easter or weekend. I didn't do anything special, just relaxed since it was my first weekend off of work in 2 months. Here's a quick warm up to start the week. I started my break from instagram as, even though i try to spend as little amount of time on it each day, i leave feeling inferior rather than inspired. Don't know when i'll come back, but, in the meantime, i might try to make some timelapse or proce...
warm-ups
hi-res round up of some warm ups and cool down drawings.attached the timelapse for kim kitsuragi
VANCE SUBPRIME Pencils, Page 22
another penciled page down, this one was pretty challenging to figure out the composition but i got something im happy with.I recently registered the domain, vancesubpri.me, with the intent of using it as a site to host the comic and other development content once its done!
Portal2k
Been slowly developing a Y2K/Frutiger Aero Portal project i've dubbed Portal2k!My vision is to create concept/costume designs of Chell, Wheatley + GLaDOS of an Aperture Labs in the 90s/Y2K era.The GLaDOS concept is more or less my more recent humanoid interepretations of her.I'll be working on it here and there, but.. if you are interesteted in sponsoring the project to get it out faster, you can go to my ko-fi page and sponsor the first ...
some stuff
mostly sketches and a little shitty keyed undress animation ive been doing to play around with Procreate Dreams and kinda brush up on animation since its been a whiiile since ive animated. Dreams is cool, I def need more time to get used to it, but I feel somewhat more comfortable just using the animation assist feature in Procreate. I want to animate smaller, bit sized things to music just for fun featuing my OCs or some HL stuff naturally.Curre...
moody monday
i was originally gonna do a sexy friday drawing but it turned into an animation that i wanna put more time into and will share later! i inked this bedtime alyx sketch from a month or so ago. I also want to do more coloring, admitdely, my colors suck and i think thats why i never do much of them. i abuse the hue and color balance sliders until i find something i like but im trying to mix my own colors with a limited palette.

SKETCH DUMP
more sketches! doodles and warmups with photo ref. I've included some not so good sketches, like the Kim Kitsuragi one, i was trying to study and understand his face and get some shapes that feel good. i know, not a lot of finished things lately. A lot of these sketches are to warm-up but to also explore subjects for finished drawings or illustrations. My current list of fan art illustrations that we might do a RISO print run of are: SIGNALIS ...
more warm-ups
i got access to the rest of the photo pack from the last post's drawing, so i did some more!
warm-up
from an art contest i came across on twitter with 4 ref poses to pick from. Here's the source. Edited, censored, and unedited versions, and a rough prelim drawing. i think i like the expression more in the initial sketchhttps://x.com/pettankochuu/status/1748144560314704022?s=20
some stuff
an ari painting experiment and some portal2k chell + wheatley concepts
(minor spoilers) VS pencil page 21
we're on a roll. if i can keep up 2 peciled pages a week, i can be done penciling by the end of march but i haven't figured out a strategy with inking yet, but it will be a much faster process. i've been compiling all the current penciled pages into a dummy/mock pdf to check the flow and for any errors. if you wanna see the dummy copy, let me know in the comments. i got some pages i did back in 2021, obvs they look a bit different but...
