New patreon account

Looks like I'll have to create a new patreon account. At the moment I can’t receive money through Patreon and in order to be able to withdraw money again, I need to unlink the old payoneer account and add a new one, but tech support has been ignoring me for a month or bots send links to pages that no longer exist.
