Season Finale and Beyond
Hi Everyone! With episode 9 airing on July 11th we are coming up on the Season 1 finale, but just like LA by Night before us, we just aren't that good at a clean break. Episode 10 will air on July 25th as a very Finale feeling end to the season, however we have bonus Episode 11 to wrap some things up which will air August 8th. a Break from The Top Shelf
The Top Shelf will be on hiatus for a little while. Alex and Joey are both out of town for work stuff, but we'll pick up again in July with more guests and games.

While we were searching for a location for Private Nightmares we got pretty far into conversations with another theater before we settled on out current home. The historic Alex Theater in Glendale was prepared to offer up their stage and an extremely discounted rate because they loved the sound of our project so much. Eventually we decided hat as nice as the space was, it'd be hard to justify why the coterie had access to such a grand theate...
The truth about René's letter
In a absolutely stunning move, Gina asked the cast to write what they thought Renee's letter said to Jade. One of the letters was then chosen at random, so that no one on stage knew what to expect when that letter was finally read in episode 6

We got to sit down (remotely) with Ryan Verniere, the creator of the horror fantasy RPG Blackbirds. As a special treat (and because we love this system so much) this episode of The Top Shelf is available to all Patreon Members. The Kickstarter for the new 1.5 edition of Blackbirds, titled Heavy is the Crown, will be out later this year.

A little late but for good reason. Last weekend, Alex and Xander were at the Darkness Emergent LARP at the Hollywood Biltmore hotel in Los Angeles.
