Massive pump right after the workout!
This guy doesn't want to be massive in the sense that you go to the gym for a year or so and put on a couple pounds of muscle and slim down a bit and look for the beach. He want so much more!!!Right after a heavy workout, he starts talking about his physique progress, and suddenly his muscles starts to grow, biceps, triceps, huge and broad shoulders! His muscles are fully pumped! The hard work has finally paid off.Hope you enjoy!
