I shaved yesterday. Watch as I hydrate my skin with some lotion. 😈 and have a bit of fun doing it.

..and thank-you for all of your support this year! I’m sorry I haven’t posted this month, it wasn’t my intention. I’ve been that busy with work, by the time I get home, I’ve felt gross and worn out. Today, is the second day off I’ve had in 6 weeks. 😪Come the new year, I’ll be able to get back into a routine, and focus on my gaining again. I love you all 😘

This last week has been a roller coaster of emotions. I don’t want to go into too detail, but it’s been a head fuck. I haven’t done any content, as my life and the well-being of myself and those closest to me, is of upmost priority. I should have some stuff for you midweek, as long as no more curveballs are thrown at me. Im sorry.

Dairy...

I’ve been struggling with dairy more so than usual. In saying that, the times I have had it, has been a large amount of ice cream. I had the suggestion of trying these from a friend. I really hope they work. 🤞

Not feeling great

Had some ice cream last night, and it’s really played up with my IBS. I’m in so much pain right now, and to top it off, I’m hungry! No food for this guy, until the pain has disappeared. 😰
