150,000 DeviantArt hits!
A little celebratory image. Who knew tag-team bed-boxing could be a thing?
The Lesson: Maureen vs. Angel
I had asked on DeviantArt what to do to celebrate 150,000 page views, and one of the suggestions was to show someone ten years ago, instead of the ten years from now picture I did with Melly. Looking at who would have been active ten or more years ago, I realized Maureen would have started her career about the same time Angelique got out of prison and started boxing officially. A meeting between the two seemed like the fun idea. It wouldn't b...
A Failed Experiment
So a while back I did a piece of fan art featuring two of www.patreon.com/hellbridge 's anthro characters rendered as people:After thinking about it for a bit, I really wanted to figure out a way to do a close approximation of a fur-covered human, just to see if I could. So, I started playing around with textures in photoshop, and the final result is above. I'm not that happy with it, it looks more like bodypaint than fur, but at least I&...
Ten Years From Now: Dogfight 4!
Still playing around with the outdoor ring a bit, Thought I'd do another flash-forward piece for fun. This time I added a future version of Roxy to the mix. Unlettered version is attached.
Ten years from now: Melanie "Pitbull" Parker
Just a little bit of fun.
August Private Match coming August 25th!
At long last, Sonya gets her chance to address Angel's "unique" style of refereeing!Available August 25th to all patrons in the $10/month tier and higher.
August Private Match Survey closing fast!
The polls for August's Private Match close at midnight C.S.T. tonight, about seven hours from now. Right now, the mma cage is beating the boxing bed as a location by one vote, and boxing gloves are beating mma gloves by the same margin. Heavyweight has a probably insurmountable lead as the weightclass, but the other two options are definitely up for grabs and one vote can absolutely make a difference! Please vote if you haven't already, a...
Outdoor Test: Ringwalk
Testing out a few sample scenes to see where the shadows fall in the outdoor setting. Also switched out to the new ring.
Gym Motivation, part 2
Wanted to show a little more of the wall, and have a little fun with it at the same time.
Gym Motivation
Nothing makes you work harder than seeing the poster for your next fight hanging in the gym...(Doing a little re-decorating, in case you couldn't tell.)
Tying Everything Together
New ring, sweat-soaked trunks, and testing out some bloodstain effects on the trunk belt.
Once Again, A New Ring!
This was released this evening, and I just finished getting the surfaces how I liked it. I was able to add a few more details to this one, like the logos along the ring skirt. The extra space on the apron past the ropes should make any corner scenes look better, and there are a lot more options for positioning the ropes than what I used before.
Sweat-Soaked Trunks Test 2!
From the front this time!
Sweat-Soaked Trunks Test
One more post before bed...Inspired by a couple of posts on pixiv, I decided to try and create the effect where the boxing trunks were so soaked with sweat they'd become see-through. Figured I should try it on some white ones first...
Sparring from THE LOSERS
Patrons in the $20 tier have already seen this image as part of page 11, but I liked how it looked on it's own and wanted to share it with everyone.
THE LOSERS, Page 11
I think I'm going to hold off adding the writing for the rest of the pages until the whole book's finished. I'll still be posting the unlettered pages as I go, but there's a couple of conversations(arguments) that I really want to get right, and I think the final product will be better if I write all the dialogue out at once.
Headgear Test
Trying out the new headgear I just bought. Much better than what I'd used in the past.
A Day at the Fights: Fight #4 poster!
