Werewolf Wake Version 1.04

An update to my werewolf game. Now there is a special ending accessible in both contagious modes for when all the remaining alive characters are werewolves.I plan to do another update of this game later this month with the option of all male NPC characters, but that will take multiple days to complete, so I'm splitting this up into two updates.
