Charged Posts for April 1/3
The work for March isn't done but it's in the works. It's time to move on to planning for April. I'll be finishing up the March Monster Madness comic pages in the first half of April and delivering some pages of the Powergirl comic later in April and possibly into May. The Captain Lo and the Bimbo Bomb Girl scripts are still being revised. This is is the first of three charged posts. Accompanying them will be a nice group of polls ...
Farah and The Minotaur
High res PNG attached.
Farah and The Minotaur
It's been a long wait but the first comic page is here! I enjoyed working on this one. Later today I'll be doing charged posts for next month. I'm still working on the Captain Lo and Bimbo Bomb Girl stories so it's likely going to be Power Girl's Bimbo Transformation story next month that gets attention. The next seven days will be spent nose to the grind stone working on Illumi and Laquadia's pages.I have some important t...
Keeping you in the loop.
I'm not accustomed to management. There are lots of things for me to juggle and I'm having trouble adapting. I'm aiming to have the comic pages done by the 28th. I don't think I'll hit that mark. Chances are I'll fall short like always. Next week I should have an update for you guys on the situation of the Captain Lo story as well as some charged posts to make sure I'm not homeless next month.Ideally my goal for this P...
Hot Meal Sketches
Here are a couple more pages from Hot Meal starring everyone's favorite blonde mother and daughter duo. They know how to get into trouble quickly. Some of the dialogue got omitted in file transfers between versions of Photoshop. I'll be changing some things around when it comes time for that anyway.Bon Apetite!
Mid-month Update.
Sorry for my extended absence. Real life has been handing me my ass. I've been lacking motivation because of it. I'll throw you guys some Hot Meal sketches later today and hopefully have a comic page featuring Adult Farah up by the end of the week. This weekend I'll be hunkering down and really trying to focus. There are still some polls I need to put together to get your input on scenarios for Laquadia and Masquerade. There's also...
Blossom Pinup
More updates incoming.
March Monster Madness Update
Laquadia is in third place. Here's a teaser for her. There was a tie for 4th but that was broken recently. There's still time to vote. I'm going to close it later this week since only a third of the people eligible have voted. This is the final charged post for February. Expect the final products in March.~Peace~
March Monster Madness Scenario Vote
Adult Farah ScenariosIllumi ScenariosPlease vote and make some more suggestions for me to use. I'm running out of rhymes. :D
March Monster Madness Update
Illumi is in second place at the moment. Here's another teaser to accompany this charged post. This in not the final product. Expect that in March.I'll be posting again soon with several polls for the current front runners.
Buttercup Pinup
Here you go, as promised. Buttercup done up nice and clean.I'm linking the png and psd in tier posts. I've only done a tier post with the last poll. Please let me know if you have trouble with access to anything.~Peace~
I'm working on finishing up February's pinups.
I'm giving Buttercup and Blossom's character sheet sketches the same treatment Bubble's pinup received. That should finish off what I promised for the Bimbo Bomb Girls. I'll try and have Captain Lo's character sheet done this week as well as a cover image for Powergirl's bimbo transformation comic. It's more than I charged for but it's what I promised, so I'm going to bust ass to deliver it.On a serious note, I...
March Monster Madness Poll
So far Adult Farah is winning by double second place. I'm pretty certain she's locked in as the winner. I've done a quick teaser to accompany this first charged post of three before March rolls around. This is not the finished product, you can expect those in March.Up next is a poll to see what kind of scenario you'd like to see her in. That will be sent out soon to top tier patrons.
March Monster Madness Voting!
CHARACTERSVOTE~Peace~
Captain Lo Update
Just throwing this out there to get some feedback. I've darkened Captain Lo up a bit and I'm digging it. Let me know what you think.
MARCH MONSTER MADNESS!
The month of March is going to be dedicated to SweGabe's Legend of Queen Opalah. I'll be putting out a weekly comic page with different characters in different scenarios similar to this piece. These are commissioned by SweGabe so they'll be showing up in her game but my patrons will get to see them early. Step one is getting you familiar with the characters. Step two is letting you know that I've changed the tier rewards. I've ...
Captain Lo sketches
I wanted to just throw out some ideas for outfit variety. You have your birthday suit, your galactic go-go club outfit, your EVA suit and your captain's uniform. I've changed her body up a bit. She's more statuesque and bustier, a little more playful and heroic at the same time. These are rough. Real rough. I've been distracted working on other sketches as well but I'm not ready to show any of those yet.Later today I'm goin...
Animations?
Sometimes I get an idea in my head and I don't stop until I'm done. So here's Buttercup doing a little twerk. It's not impressive and it's very simple. I'm attaching every test along the way to the final product. I actually prefer the second sketch (the one on display) with the simple shading. The rest are attached.
Real quick skeletal study for Buttercup
Nothing is hotter than bones! This is just something I threw together to make notes of some things for myself and for you. People have mentioned her proportions are off and it's true. Lets just forego the fact that she's a cartoon and take a look at her bone structure. She's a bit over 7 heads tall which is close to normal human adult height. Here legs are long for her overall height which I like. Her pelvis is small and tilted forward...
Buttercup Booty!
I'm feeling generous today. Here's another color sketch just working out proportions and clothing. Let me know what you think.~Peace~
Blossom Bloomed!
Here's a little rough proportion/color sketch like Bubbles got. This one will get the final treatment though like the post from yesterday. I really liked the final product and I'm excited to see this one brought to that same level.I'm interested in hearing your ideas for some trouble these three will get into. You can re-imagine villains or come up with your own concepts. I'll read over them and give feedback.(For any one worried ...
NAILED IT
Well, that's subjective but I had fun making it and love the way it turned out. Now to move on to the rest of the girls. In unrelated news. I'm extending the creative period of each month to the first three weeks of every month rather than having it split two weeks to create and two weeks to focus on planning. I don't need two weeks to plan what I'm going to do next. You guys seem to chime in quickly on polls and comments so I don&...
Working Out The Kinks
Yesterday was a little rough for me. I realized that I had been cutting corners when it came to creating work that people enjoyed. It was never my intention to make half ass'd work. Lots of my frustration with trying the painterly style versus the older style was in how to keep the energy present in the sketches while also creating a polished and finished look. What I ended up with was something sadly unrealized. So today I've spent most o...
An Exploration of Style and Technique
I sent out Bubbles yesterday and was happy with it. But, I'd also like to get your take on different styles and also explain some things about them. The original I sent out lacked line work. The lack of line work makes the character softer and warmer. Distinctions between elements are handled with crisp coloring and hard edges accompanied by subtle shading. Line work is also tedious in my opinion. Unless it requires it, essentially tracing you...
Bubbles in the Bank
I've sent out Bubbles' character sheet as promised but Blossom and Buttercup will have to wait until later this week. I started working on all three projects, Powergirl's Transformation, The BBG character sheets and Captain Lo, all at once and jumped between them. This meant they'd all get done around the same time. Unfortunately bills show up when they show up and I had to mark something as completed to make sure I don't go i...
Good Morning!
Here are two more sketch pages for Hot Meal. I've been struggling to get the Bimbo Bomb Girl character sheets finished. I'm aiming to have them done by tonight. The entire finished Hot Meal comic will be for patrons. You won't be charged for it.Enjoy.
