holy heck. This weekend was insane, but I killed it. We killed it. Although I hate working in the kitchen, I'm very thankful to be working in one where I feel appreciated and supported by an awesome team of cooks and chefs. Now it's time to rest.. Friday through Sunday are my least favorite days of the week because they are so busy! Tomorrow we have a 250 person wedding to serve plus an additional 200 reservations on the books all-day (not including walk-ins). I sliced 25 pounds worth of charcuterie and 12 pounds worth of cheese earlier haha. I'm SO. TIRED. Can't wait till this is all over!PC: @jaystaycruisin
