Free Style Flow Warm Up
Dancing to 2Wicky by HooverohonicHow good is this songgggggggggg, this was the best ever to freestyle to. So many cool new transitions and accent deails explored
Choreography process
still working on this to teach for my workshop. almost finished. more creating posts to come and then finished product finallyyyyy. this is why i like freestyling and not choreographing its so much effort.
different ideas
choreo process
Setting up camera failll

Freestyle to help me think of choreo
Daning to Yayo by Lana Del Rey
Freestyle warm up for the day
Dancing to No Way Back by 8mm Oooh this already felt and was so much better then my freestyle from 2 days ago!! obsessed and love this song. aiming to be more sensual, have confidence, eye contract and connection every time I dance. So darn annoyed the camera moved though! however I'm glad I didn't notice cos would have hated to mess up this dance by stopping!
Class Combo #2
Keen to start pushing myself to complete longer combos like this. I need to start conditioning my body again outside of class/pole time
Class Combo #1
I do it better the second time wait till the second video. I normally can't finish the long combos we have to do at the end of this tricks class on a tuesday cos they are so long but I did it in full tonight yay
Popping the trick in a little combo
Felt like putting a through tricks together and trying the trapped allegra again
New Trick
Its called a Trapped Allegra. I'm doing this on my non preferred side which is why the entry looks so dodgy. Because you have to keep ur body more upright in this trick rather than leaning back and arching ur back this is as splitty as I could make it look. It feels like ur gonna fall off any second, not a fan of this trick but fun to try
Full Exotic Generation Routine - professional video
I've also posted this on YouTube but just so you have everything in one place here us the professionally filmed video of my ExoGen routine. Category New Face Flow and it won me 2nd Runner Up!!!! This means next year i have to enter the professional division of this comp which is soooooo scary and annoying cos as most of you know all the comps I've even ever applied to I haven't gotten accepted into and then this one I got in, I placed...
Freestyle to end the training sesh
Dancing to Yayo by Lana againI didn't really achieve. anything or properly start the chroeo for my wokrshop. Hoping it comes better together tonight. but i had. so much fun dancing
8 Minutes of Freestyle and combo ideas
I was freestyling but then I started playing with edgework and different entries and exits from the one where it wraps around my ankle. I can never do it very cleanly but its slowly getting so much smoother, I hope to put it in a comp routine one day and have it so smooth and clean
Freestyle to create class choreo
Dancing to Yayo by Lana Del ReyYou can look forward to a lot more posts this week of me dancing to this song! I think I'm going to use this song for my Low Flow Workshop this weekend so I was just having a freestyle thinking of ideas, moves, transitions and ideas for the workshop. I was struggling to choose a song so thought my best bet was to go with Lana since I can connect to her the most
Warm Up Freestyle
Dancing to Cherry Blossom Girl by AirI was struggling a bit I think this is just because I haven't been freestyling as much recently but it's slowly coming back. and because it was my first freestyle to warm up and my mind is on prepping for my classes this weekend rather than myself. But i love certain parts of this, I created a few new transitions and ideas I haven't done before which is actually the bets outcome anyway!!
Long freestyle with tricks
Dancing barefoot!!!!! What do you prefer? Barefoot or heels?I hate dancing barefoot but thought I'd give it a go today. Song is Underwater Love by Smoke City. I think I wanna use this song for the next pole competition I get into!!!! I love the vibe, gonna freestyle to it again with heels. I just applied for a pole comp that is in March 2025, I'll find out in a month I get through.
I need to try this splitty trick again on my own with heels!!
Next training sesh I will try this again
back to spin
watch if you wanna see me fall ahhahah
static
i gave up
