Easter Bunny Bimbrells

This month's first Dungeon Master Illustration is.... Another Bimbrells! With extra buns! It's good to play around with a different set of colours than I'm used to, so the dark skin with pink hair really lets me play with some familiar palettes, but in new ways. With this particular artwork, I tried to make it just "good enough." My strokes don't have to be perfect as long as, from a distance, it reads well.I'm still a ...

Resident Evil One-Liners

I played through the remake of Resident Evil 3 yesterday, and completed it. It's a pretty cool game, like a neat extension of the RE2 remake. It's paced much faster, so I think that makes it easier to play through quickly, encouraging multiple playthroughs -- beating a RE game in under 2 hours is always pretty much the "goal" for serious players.I really liked Jill's characterization. There were plenty of moments where you&#39...

Dropbox Archive - Patron Sketch Suggestions - Rewards info - FAQBeing an artist is all I have ever wanted, so I am truly thankful for all your support.I understand that things will be a lot tougher for us now, with all that's going on in the world. [Feed] Ready to close out...

Dropbox Archive - Patron Sketch Suggestions - Rewards info - FAQI was pretty absent last week, and I spent a lot of time in bed. I haven't been feeling too well lately. Perhaps I worked too hard earlier this month, or maybe I'm getting sick. Either way, I should be more mindful of that. Thank you for patience. Now, it's important to take breaks, but because last week was not INTENDED to BE a break, it is an issue. That removed a lot of...

Karantos

This is some pretty last-minute art, and I've almost certainly stayed up much later than I probably should've. I guess I just really wanted to draw this.Colour seems to be an important element of my work, and it usually does the heavy lifting while my lineart tends to... Not. This is probably why my watercolour-like work is appealing. But that only lets me do so much. For instance, I can't easily express darkness or punchy, high-contr...

Wind-Up Brello

Here's another Dungeon Master Illustration! This one's simple, a life-sized brellomascot with a wind-up key. Though in retrospect, having something to compare it against for scale would've helped, and that's the kind of thing I'll have to try planning for in future works. It's simpler on the rendering style, given the time I have to work on stuff. I'm probably gonna have to re-address how I spend my time on works like t...

The Moomilker

Here's another Dungeon Master Illustration, this time based on the innkeeper from the Beaumont prototype comic -- except she's gone through a stranger transformation! Gasp! It's a bit rougher than the usual big illustrations lately because I'm feeling pressed for time, but since I have to produce 3 of these every month, I'm gonna have to re-evaluate how I do them or manage my time differently.I've been feeling pretty tired...

[Feed] Future Plans & Ideas

Dropbox Archive - Patron Sketch Suggestions - Rewards info - FAQHere's the most noteworthy pieces of art produced over the last week or so. Man, these posts are getting a lot longer with all of these commissions, aren't they? I've been working kinda hard lately, so I think I'm going to mostly take it easy today. [Commissions] Mar 2020: Batch 03 [NSFW]

A few of these illustrations are actually NSFW, so although they've been included in this post, they have been censored. You can see the full images, uncensored, by viewing the links below.[1] [2] [3] [4] And there we go, 18 commissions. I might take a few more this month, but this is all I've obligated myself to do for the time being. My focus is going to be on some other work this week, so if I do take commissions, they will be sparse u...

RPG Bimbrells - Cleric

Here is the first Dungeon Master illustration for March. The idea behind this piece was a Bimbrellomascot cleric devoted to the Goddess of Love. This feels a bit tame for a Bimbrells, as far as body types go, but I really appreciate it. It's very smooth, so it feels cute & natural, as opposed to the usual artificial-ness I may have given her in other drawings. There's a nice sense of colour harmony too, and it feels a bit different than my ...

[Concept] Snow Daze - Brello Gaiden

NSFW WARNING: This post contains depictions of nudity, as well as a brief discussion on hypnosis, a fetish which many might find uncomfortable.A few years ago…I was hired to provide work on Snow Daze, a hypnosis fetish visual novel that is definitely not going to be everyone's cup of tea. It was my first real exposure to hypnokink, and I've learned more since. My work on this game probably helped create a semi-decent chunk of my followe...

Beaumont S3 Screenshots

Netflix's Castlevania will be entering it's third season March 5th, and that's pretty cool. So I thought it would be cool to create some fake screenshots inspired by the show, but with my Beaumont characters instead.Originally, I planned to bring these much further so that they looked like they were actually screenshots from the show, with a higher level of finishing -- but when I was slapping down my test colours, I felt like they we...

[Feed] Closing Thoughts to February

There are only 2 more days left in the month, so I think I'm done working until March. I might create one or two more sketches until then, but I don't want to make any promises. I'll be taking commissions on a regular basis soon, so I need to mentally prepare for that. I'd like to be earning more money via Patreon, but I think I've done as much as I can in February.A lot of stuff has been going on, and a lot more stuff will ha...

2Brell

This illustration came from a Dungeon Master patron, with the idea being 2Brell, my mascot dressed as 2B. Which, in retrospect, is hard to tell without glasses... It kinda just looks like a slightly longer-haired 2B.It's a bit hastily tossed together, but you probably won't notice unless I tell you! I've got a funeral to go to tomorrow and I wanted to get this piece done for you. This particular piece lacks the same degree of form that...

Patron Feed time, which means it is time to reflect on the week, as the brellos of old have.In the latest Concept Art post, I talk a bit about Beaumont's background lore and I take you through a short session of character design for Amaranth -- I think we've reached a point that I'm feeling comfortable with. The next step, I think, is to breathe a bit more life into the world so that there are stories to tell. With recent events being ...

[Feed] Serious Concerns (UPDATE #2)

EDIT: He did not survive. This is an update to the previous post, but I've separated it to make it easier to read.Long story short: Grandfather might die soon (update: no, he died), so I need to increase my monthly earnings to $2000 - $3000 to continue living in my house, as I will likely be the only one working. [Concept] Amaranth & Beaumont Lore

I apologize for making you wait on this post. Recent circumstances have disrupted my productivity, but there's still enough interesting content here for a short post. I'm not feeling quite as wordy as usual.Brief LoreOne of the things I find most fascinating about fiction is the world and history predating my involvement in the story. This, I think, is probably what I am most excited by games like Dark Souls. Even Nier: Automata had a lot...

[Feed] Serious Concerns (UPDATE #1)

Just a quick update. A few months ago, I expressed concern about my grandfather's health. His health has been noticeably poor lately, especially last night. I could be wrong, but I don't expect he has much left in him. With that being said, if he were to die, the circumstances of my living arrangement will be disrupted. I'm not financially stable and if that continues, I will be forced to look for a job at the expense of my art.So I ha...

It is a preview of content planned for upcoming posts.I've begun working on the next batch of Sketch Suggestions, and I hope to get the bulk of that done by the end of the week, alongside some more conceptual work. White Coat Hunter

I haven't drawn this character in a while, but felt compelled to do so this month. Currently without a name, this is a hunter designed by Satellite 09. She's much more lithe than Elayne, and that makes her really fun to draw.My favourite part of this painting is the area around the shoulder. There's this natural mix of colours present, with a bit of green, blue, and red caught within the strokes. It's subtle, but you can also see ...

It is completely up to date with everything I have drawn so far this month. Here's a preview of the next upcoming illustration.I am drawing the White Coat Hunter designed by Satellite 09, who's definitely pretty stylish. Definitely one of my favourite Beaumont-verse designs. That said, I feel like the composition just isn't dynamic enough, and I have some issue...

Beaumont x Tess

I'm not quite ready to get back to work, but I wanted to draw something for a friend of mine. The subject matter is fetishy, so I've cropped most of it out. You can view the second image should you so wish to see more despite that. The tough cow lady is [NSFW] Mindwipe's OC, Tess.I thought it would be cool if I drew a character that Mindwipe liked (Elayne) with MASSIVE boobs.
