Hiyaaa, sorry for no fitness content. No car means no gym for the last 3 weeks ๐ข Still have cardio but hopefully get to pick up heavy things again soon because my little brain likes that. Anyway, here's me in my fav dress ๐ฅฐ

No car = no gym, but I've been working on my arms and spin biking in the meantime. I'm currently up to 9kg/20lbs on my bicep curls, can't quite rep the 12.5's yet
