I did not sleep last night. Hot, cold, hot, cold, hot, cold.. Needless to say, I'm exhausted. (This is probably all I'm posting today.) To all you men, may you have a happy father's day. My colonoscopy procedure went well.
I have a healthy colon, and I don't have to be seen again for 10 years.đ

Healthcare update - I'm having a routine colonoscopy done tomorrow. My first ever...đ Depending on how I feel, I may or may not be around for a day or two. See ya soon, though. đ„°
