Good morning from the sea
Finally great weather conditions on my day off ππ€ I drove to the beach outside the city to avoid the people π€π I appreciate βme timeβ in the sea - no small talk or waiting in line to get to the water from the bridge π³ Here I can get the best of the best π§ββοΈπβοΈ

Recharging before the evening shift
Hey you guys πIβve been so busy these days since my husband got his surgery- and not able to drive. Thereβs so many logistics involved with 3 kids π³π΅βπ« Iβm hanging there and trying to keep up with everything Today Iβm working evening. It means I have a chance to get to the sea in the daylight πππ₯Ή Beautiful strong waves today- but not kicking me down- they were more like hugging me I didnβt forget about you- I want...
Cold and hot wellness
The ice is melting here. Temperature is going up- I had to get maybe the last dip in the ice tub today. Why not to enjoy a cup of coffee in the ice tub ππ§ Waves in the sea were too wild for me. I have chosen my private ice bath to get my cold treat today π§π§π§π₯³And the hot tub in the greenhouse afterwards π₯³π€©

My short weekend starts today ππ (except that Iβm working 10hours long shift on Sunday π₯Ήπͺπ)But today I have some time off- after work- before my kids get home πππ We have storming weather today. No need to drive to the seaπ π But how great is it to have a cold tub in garden- and the jacuzzi filled with warm water ππππ Great feeling to switch from the cold water (after 10 min) to the warm water ππ
