Suggestions - UPDATE 4/19

Thank you guys for all the support. Looks like most still want content even if if my belly has shrunk. I'd be more than happy to keep sharing my progress and making more vids for you all. I started with a new coach and on a plan for a recomp and then bulking. Surprisingly I've had to buy so much more food than I have before! Interest

I've still been leaning out to really dial in muscle gains. My plan is to get to lean enough to make muscle gains come easier, then keep bulking up indefinitely; slower and healthier not really caring about how big the belly gets along the way. I'd eventually like to get back to 250lbs maybe even more depending on how my muscle gains come along. Ive decided to pause subscriptions this month and maybe next month. As I continue on my journey to bulk up. I need to take some time to lean out and focus on health and muscle. In doing so I will inevitably lose some fat.
