You can really get some striking fauxbait effects with a few little prompting tricks. Making the details work for you (like the hair in this one)... can be more challenging.

The hands are... less than ideal. But I liked everything else, and it took me about 40 test iterations to get the base image for this.
Workflow for first post
Just to show the prompt I used to generate the pic I used in my first post. I then sent it to img2img, tweaked it slightly to get a sharper image, and ta-da. Yes, I noticed I misspelled a word in the prompt *after* I took a screenshot and uploaded it, and I'm too lazy to re-stage it.
