I had another really rough day

I may have lost 40 pounds in the last few months without trying..

I've still been very sick ๐ฅฒ
It feels like when I had mono but it has lasted for about 4 months now. ๐ฉEvery Dr I've seen so far seems to think it's my anxiety & depression but I know that's not it. ๐I've been depressed & anxious since I was 5 years old & have never lost 40 pounds in 3 months without trying.. ๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธHoping I'll figure something out soon bc I feel like I'm actually dying. ๐Spent the last few days lying in bed bc I did...
