Fat chub working out video
First time I have been inside a gym in 3 years. I want to begin lifting to help see the scale go up. I am so out of shape tho. I had to do such low weights and I could only workout for like 30 mins

I am sooo fucking out of shape. It felt really good to work out and realize all I couldn’t do any more. Kinda made it easier to workout, since it didn’t have to be very long. Going to mix in some light lifting to help increase my weight and appetite. Video to come!
