Todays tasks are:
1.max 1,5h of social media - stop doom scrolling and damaging your brain (tracking your screen will help at this point)
2. Drink 3l of water - stay hydrated during the day
3. 10 sit ups / 10 squats / 10 push ups (if you are not able to do it because of your fitness condition, do 1 by 1, at least try) - start strenghtening your body
4. eat 1 healthy meal and no lemonade - you are taking care of your car, why not your body?
5. go for a run for 10mins, can be slow, if you are out of breath: walk fast - improve your conditioning, you will feel way better after.
some motivation: If you are not able to have a perfect day, just keep going, as long as you are not giving up and at least trying you are improving and becoming better then the day before 💪🏼
