Todays tasks are:
1. Not more then 1,5 hours of social media - stop doomscrolling and be with yourself
2. Drink 3l of water - stay hydrated during the day
3. Meditate 5 mins - reboot your brain during a stressful day
4. eat 1 healthy meal and no lemonade - you are taking care of your car, why not your body?
5. go for a run for 10mins, can be slow, if you are out of breath: walk fast - improve your conditioning, you will feel way better after.
some motivation: If you are not able to have a perfect day, just keep going, as long as you are not giving up and at least trying you are improving and becoming better then the day before 💪🏼
