Changes
Features
- Change requests can now be previewed and the result can be compared before merging.
- The "Change Requests" page is now paginated so you can view all change requests.
- User profiles now list recent change requests made by the user.
- Added "My Changes" in navigation. It's now possible to go straight to the "Change Requests" page by using "Changes" in navigation. Previously this opened a sidebar on the current page this old behaviour is what the new "My Changes" link does.
Improvements
- Migrated FrontierNav to a much more powerful server.
- Tweaked FrontierNav's logo to be a bit more chunkier for better visibility at smaller resolutions.
- Background colours are now darker and a lot less ugly grey.
- Heading texts now use semibold instead of bold so they take up less screen space.
- Change request pages now look more like Discussion pages for consistency.
- Fixed button and link styles wrongly showing focus state after clicks.
- Fixed some OpenGraph metadata issues which were causing search engines to get confused.
- Improved cache hit rate and file size of resized images so they load faster.
Vocabulary
- Introduced "Wiki" wording so visitors can more easily discover that they can change and contribute data.
- Renamed most instances of "Your" to "My" to make it clear what was created by the user (My) and what was generated by FrontierNav for the user (You).
- Renamed "Open" to "Load" in the context of applying change requests. This is to match "Save", i.e. "Save" and "Load", which is more common in video game contexts. It also frees up "Open" for other uses like...
- Renamed "Pending", "Applied", "Skipped" states of a change request to "Open", "Merged", "Closed". This is to match the vocabulary of GitHub, for familiarity.

Added maps for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
These maps currently don't have any features, but they can be used for map notes. I'll be adding to them gradually, of course anyone else can contribute too.
TOTK is a really popular game so there are tons of maps and guides available on other sites. But I think FrontierNav can provide a better interface, it's just a matter of getting the data in.
Improving change request interface and process.
I'll be streamlining existing change request interfaces to make room for new features like comparing, reverting and commenting on changes. If you've used any Git hosts like GitHub and GitLab, this will be similar but data-oriented.
The end goal is to make the edit process similar to traditional wikis by giving trusted editors the ability to easily and safely merge change requests without having to wait for me to do so.
Some of these improvement are live right now. Here's what it looks like so far:
