Joe Bob’s Thought of the Day: Escapism Edition
🕑 Added 2022-12-29 06:36:39 +0000 UTCIf Hollywood celebrities go to the French island of St. Bart's every Christmas to "escape" and "take time for myself," why do they publish 17 jillion selfies on the beach? Wouldn't the idea be that they're hiding from us? That they don't want us to know where they are?

Great little spot! Try to stop by 3-4 times a year myself.
Anakeesta is about 90 minutes away from my friend's KOA.

Great photo! <3 and yes , stupid is as stupid does :P
That’s fair.
Personally, I don’t think it’s so weird to be on social while on holiday. From my POV, when you see something really beautiful/amazing you want to be able to share it w people.
Yes! The Christmas card was SO sweet. It made my day! 🖤🖤🖤

George Santos even lies about his Paris vacations. 😆
Exactly! If you’re really enjoying a vacation, you’re so busy eating, drinking, sightseeing, swimming with sea turtles, and aardvark’n (but not with the sea turtles) that the thought of using social media should never occur to you.
I just signed up for the higher tier so I can get the DVD!!! So excited!

I got my Lost Drive-In Blu Ray #4 in the mail yesterday and just wanted to say "Thank You!!!". It looks great, includes some great episodes, and the signed Christmas card was really cool as well!
