I knew it! A part does indeed need to be replaced on my pc. I had a feeling that was the problem. Now let's take bets on what part it is lol. I'm betting on the graphics card. I think they let me know when it gets sent back, so only time will tell. Hoping it gets sent back very very soon! 🤞

Good news and bad news!The bad news is that I just can't fix my computer. I have tried EVERYTHING. I even did a factory reset, which is always a last resort for me because the only way my internet could be any worse is if it didn't exist at all (re-downloading everything took days 😭). I took it to professionals after it still didn't work and they had no idea why it was messed up either. A part of the computer has likely gone bad or...
