SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED 20: Update 4
Really short update today.Been awhile since I updated because of how hectic things have been the past few weeks with all going on in the world. I've been working on the video and commentary is fully done for a first draft. I just need to finish up on some edits and send them off to my partner for the video so they can make notes for revisions.Hopefully you will see the video by this Friday.
SPEEDRUN EXLPAINED 20 Test Render
Trying out something new with when the runner for the game is introduced, hopefully to give them a bit more traction and attention. Had to do a test render to make sure it turned out okay when finished, so here's what the render looks like
SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED 20: Update 3 (+ other videos)
I started off the last update with "Mirror's Edge is really hard to write for lol"I'm going to start off this one with "Mirror's Edge was really hard to write for lol"I've finished writing for the video and have already gone through one round of revisions with the person I'm working with on the video. I fully expect to have the script done by the end of the weekend, at which point I'll start recording comme...
SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED 20 Small Preview
This is just a small segment of the run which I wanted to share of a segment of gameplay that I find absolutely hilarious. I can't help but laugh whenever I watch this segment.
SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED 20: Update 2 (and another new video too?)
Mirror's Edge is really hard to write for lolAs a speedrun, there's just so much going on at any given moment, it's so fast paced, and it feels like there's always something more important to explain at any given moment. That being said, I'm almost done with the first third of the script. Whenever I work on videos, the first third of the script is always the hardest to write. Hopefully once I wrap up this third then the rest wi...
SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED 20: Update 1
Hey everyone, just wanted to provide a quick update for the next video, as well as the YouTube channel as a whole. So the next video is going to be covering the Any% run for Mirror's Edge, which if I had to compare to any previous run I've covered, it's most like Dishonored. It's a really, really deep and complicated game in terms of movement and it's a video I've wanted to make for a few months, but have always been too in...

SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED 19: Production Update 3
Just a quick update on the upcoming Ocarina of Time video. Similar to the Sekiro video, things are coming down to the wire with timing. If everything goes well, it should hopefully be done in time to be released publicly on Saturday, but it really is going to be tight. As for when it will be available on Patreon, it might not be until Friday.
SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED 19: Production Update 2
TL;DR at the bottom. The next video (covering an Any% run of Ocarina of Time) is coming along in a pretty interesting way. Mainly because the route is not only more complicated than any other run I've covered, but also because the day that I sent the script over to the runner to review, the route changed. While I do have a working script finished, it needs major revisions right now because of the route change, and also because of how much I nee...

SPEEDRUN EXPLAINED 17: Production Update 2
TL;DR at bottom.I'm currently about 75% of the way done with recording and writing commentary for the next video, which focuses on the Sex% speedrun for Fallout 4.Trying out something a little bit different with this video in terms of explaining things, because I already have a video pretty similar to this one, being Anthology Sex% run from last February.
