"Patreon Question of the Video"

Hi everyone. Per the last video, I've been musing on the idea of doing a patreon question thing, now that it feels more viable (read: isn't just three people struggling to come up with questions). Mostly I just want feedback on if that sounds like a good or interesting idea? I don't have the most fleshed out vision of it yet, but I do know I wouldn't tier restrict it, and I'd try to get to people in some kind of an order rathe...

I made a discord

Feel free to share any ideas you've got for improving or changing it.For now I'm not sure I want custom roles, but if you all feel like an exclusive chat would be nice, I'm not beyond having one.

Hi.

Hi everyone. Sorry for the general inactivity on this page. I tend to want to keep things public and as such I use the youtube community tab more, but I just wanted to know you all, and the support you give, is appreciated. Hopefully the lack of an abundance of special magical features isn't too much of a let down, but also, I thought I'd open up a little discussion here on the potential for added features and what not as we roll into the...

Release schedule

So as of now it’s unlikely to get something out for August, due to uhh challenges with moving and other things. Recording in particular is the most unlikely thing to get done— with that all said, I do have scrips piling up a little and am making progress on Fable 3. So September permitting, there might be more videos in quicker succession once the move is done and other obligations are seen to. In the mean time, check out this cool thing that...

Fable video and stuff

Hi.So I’m working on the fable video and it’s been a bit of a slog and of course I sidetracked to do the meat guy video, but it’s all going at some kind of a pace. This month however might be slow as I’m moving to another continent and there’s lots of stuff to sort out and visa concerns on top of the normal moving woes, so it may take a while to come out, but I’ll try to do what I can. Also there may be a light collab with Mia Mulder o...

5k so now there's a Q&A to be done

Hi. So I posted something in the community tab on YT already, but I'm doing a Q&A for 5k and I thought anyone who's already here might be more interested in asking questions for it (not that you can't just like... ask questions without an *event*). So I suppose the comments of this post or messages could be a good way to do that. The Q&A will be announced once it's out but it will also be unlisted for reasons, and get stuffed into ...

TERFs and False Consciousness [1:05:09]

I did it. It's done. It's also long and sometimes heavy. Take your time with this one if you need. Hopefully it's comprehensive enough without being a total drag.

a bit of delay

So, the next video is def not coming out in June, unfortunately. Absolutely in July though. Early July if I have anything to say about it.Due to a combination of a lot of small things and the recent exciting hurdle of a channel demonetization (which does things to like viewership health which is more what I'm concerned with) I've got a few things I need to resolve before I can put the video out. That said, I'm at the recording phase, ...

Every time I am compelled to make some dumb meme video I learn a new editing skill.

Sorry it's a twitter embed, I was worried YT would flag me. c:

Video is up on Youtube

Thanks again to everyone who helped make this more doable.

Slight delays

The planets conspire against this new video and I’m in the midst of a two day power outage while on the tail end of editing. It will still be done this week, but expect it to take a bit.

New video in less than a week

Hi, I'm at the audio recording phase for the new video. It won't be super long now, provided I can get my visuals in order kinda quick and come up with a way to present them.I actually had this semi-unhinged idea that I toyed around with for a day or so of learning to mod Cultist Simulator to essentially turn it into an interactive powerpoint, but it would have taken me forever to grasp the stuff I'd need in order to make it really lo...

Update on content and wellness and all

Okay, so I still can't really read lines out very well (reading a paragraph is like jogging up a flight of stairs, which is a bit sad), but! I've narrowed down the videos to two most likely to have their scripts done first (and hopefully I don't stay sick longer and create a backlog) and those are the Cult one, which is rebranded to be more specifically about Theosophy, and a surprise contender that's thanks to some recent events ...

Things being worked on and stuff

Scripts for roughly 4 videos are in the works now, since I can't record audio without feeling winded in two sentences at the moment. It's a bit slow going, but we're getting there. Hope everyone likes Fable or terrorism or VTMB or American Esoteric cults, cause one of those is next. All of them will be coming up though, so there's on need to super worry if the one you want most is not the immediate next one. The reason I can't...

Small update.

Hi everyone. I got covid and that has slowed down my ability to make a new video for a little while. I can focus enough to write a bit but I'm just too winded record things, even without a cough. Three sentences feels like a flight of stairs. It's pretty mild compared to the last time though. I got it back in the first April and back then felt like I was gasping for air. This time I'm just lethargic, dehydrated, and can't do cardi...

A note on benefit delivery this month.

Hi. Just wanted to make note here that I'll probably start doing the actual benefits once June rolls around. Sorry if this comes off as cold pragmatism, but since I neglected to put on the "upfront" billing and my features are ones that affect my videos/have rewards that appear in videos or direct content, I thought it would be best to wait til then, since people will get billed for June, if that makes sense.I doubt it's truly nec...

Hi this exists for people to suggest things on.
