Rest
A little over a third through November, feeling good about current momentum to finish without missing a day.And for those of you who don't enjoy training arcs as much as I do, this current bit should end Friday.
Chapter 1580
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958Wheezing a breath out, Randidly finally reached up and seized upon his emotional tether. This time, he needed to squeeze his eyes shut and helplessly grasp for… well, he couldn't know how long the process took, but he felt like it took much longer than it had previously. Not only were the emotions more stretched and strained as he proceeded deeper, but he was absolutely exhausted. His broken ribs st...
Chapter 1579
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958The streamlined Randidly wasn’t just good at training; his mind also adapted quite quickly to fighting. His attention was a razor that would cut to the issue at hand, no matter what the situation was.Even against these strange creations, Randidly initially had quite a bit of confidence. However, it quickly became apparent that Randidly had chosen his foes poorly.Should have fucking stuck to bullying Ne...
Chapter 1578
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958Randidly unleashed Man is Proud, But the Chimera Takes and accelerated upward. But at the same time, he didn’t forget that he and this invisible opponent were essentially in freefall, heading down toward the abyss below. His acceleration was only relative. With his sense of timelessness, it really would be possible for him just to fall down to the depths in one go.Still, Randidly didn’t overthink tha...
Off-Day
Early warning I'll be off today, to torture myself with USA's election. Be back tomorrow for Rand forging.
Chapter 1570
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958Randidly took a few hours to study Wendy’s new plans. The Spriggit woman had outdone herself, of course. Then he once more sat in a meditative position with several bars of the Black Gold that he had obtained for his arm floating around him. He watched the tumbling ingots carefully, seeing how they behaved when they were exposed to increasing amounts of Nether. His Nether Sensation wrapped around each ...
Chapter 1569
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958Welcome to November~The first month of escaping from the combined political wrath of the Shelly Kingdom, the relentless pursuit spearheaded by Lady Vualla, was exhausting but ultimately within their capabilities for Raymund and DiOrtho. Using less traveled roads and small towns, they crossed from the Shelly Kingdom to the Southern Portion of the Armgrast Empire. Periodically, Overseer Helen would manifes...
Chapter 1568
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958Getting all dialed up! Here comes November ^_^To Randidly’s surprise, losing his sight was much less bothersome than losing his voice had been, although he used his eyes much more while he had been here. But it turned out that the information gathered with his eyes had been superfluous.Plus, whatever had occurred at the 15th Level of his Fatepiece lingered. Some of that horrible emotional exhaustion ha...
Chapter 1567
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958As the desperate figures of Raymund and DiOrtho hurried from the valley, Vualla crouched on one of the overhanging peaks and watched their rapid departure. A smile danced across her lips as she checked the time; they had managed to convince the princess and depart in only nineteen minutes. They still had plenty of time to open up some distance between them.Vualla flicked a pebble off the cliff and watche...
Chapter 1566
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958Randidly frowned down at the Visage of Obsession for several seconds as his brain considered this sudden appearance. The drawing of Yystrix tilted her head to the side, that same small smile on her face. Randidly bit his lip. But after a few moments of examination, he shook his head heavily. “...no. You are not truly Yystrix. You are just… me, aren’t you?”The rough featured Yystrix shrugged. The ...
Chapter 1565
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958I might be able to get the chapters out tomorrow night, but here's early warning they might be delayed until Saturday morning. It's still October, after all. No reason to kill myself yet.Raymund Ballast folded his furry arms to buy time as he gathered his thoughts. Certainly, from the moment that they were given the task of kidnapping someone, he was comfortable. Yet as time went on, that discomf...
Chapter 1564
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958Over the next month of focused Nether research, Randidly managed to lure up a few more Nether Beasts from the midnight-blue depths by releasing expansive pulses of his images. One of those unlucky ‘fish’ had been much stronger than the others, clearly having expended its Virtue for Stature several times in the past. In addition, after Randidly slaughtered it and obtained its core, the markings there ...
End of Vacay
Early warning that today I drove the 7 hours home so Monday will be the week's break day. And remember, the goal for November will be a perfect 34 chapters through four weeks and an extra Monday. So let's build up some momentum this week.
Chapter 1556
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958Velio Dunn, appearing confident in his victory, didn’t strike immediately with his image as the two moved toward their next clash. Besides, Randidly was zooming directly down toward him like a fastball toward a batter. Instead, the excited Velio began to speak. “This was always your fate, for having the hubris of breaking through the physical limitation- ugh!”Although Randidly’s hand was useless ...
Chapter 1555
ToC: https://www.patreon.com/posts/23899958From the looks of it, the Path poll will happen at the end of this mini-arc. So I'll start thinking about the options for that.“How did you know I was here?” Randidly asked quietly. Although the Web had narrowed somewhat as Randidly descended, the space was still massive. His words echoed off the walls.Velio Dunn wagged a finger at him with his other hand on his hip. “Shush. Why must you questi...

You'll need to wait until tomorrow morning for these two chaps. I want to edit them when I'm fresh. Heh, they were so much fun to write.
