Heaviest dumbell I have at home is 75lb. In the gym Iβll hit 90-100. I may have to invest in a set. Iβd definitely use them..I chest press the same weightπ π₯°
Rear delts.
I do mostly Dumbbell work for delts but I find these bands good for a burn.π π

I have a love/hate relationship with these traps.I love them!!! π₯°But.. when they are tense.. They lock up solid lol

I ride to the gym in the summer.. best feeling in the world ! I Have to say..These quads wrapped around the tank.. Catches a few eyes π lol

Maybe Iβm paranoid, but In this outfit..I feel eyes on me .. lol
Curls..
Biceps were not my favourite to train. I avoided lol. Then I took notice how underdeveloped my arms were compared to my delts .. not cool. So then I decided to burn them to the ground. π₯°πͺ they are coming along now. Iβll take a measurement next day I train arms! Cold and pumped! π

155lb at 5β4Felt amazing. The pumps were unreal. Iβm 170 lbs now.Iβll plan to start a cutting diet March /22 .. light it on FIRE! π
