Here is the first page of the comic with an X-RAY. Obviously the anatomy here is deliberately exaggerated. I'm generally quite a perfectionist when it comes to anatomy, but in these cases I like to take some liberties. As in action comics, even in erotic comics, a little exaggeration can make the scene much more powerful and exciting!
