Updateathon

We are officially back to school for 2/3 at my house. Holy crap, I know I'm being dramatic but the tears would not stop this morning. Let's do it again tomorrow :( I'm so proud of them and know they will be great but it's just another gut punch that they are growing up and I know it's the ultimate mom cliche, but it is going so fast. I feel pretty emotionally drained but its ok because at least I have more light and happy Game...

Sin City (2005) - Full Reaction

Well this was one world i would never want to “jump” into. It was just relentless, never giving you a minute to get over what you were seeing before the next thing. It was very different from anything I have seen before but I struggled with this one 😳Find your own copy.Download this reaction.

Thunderbolts* (2025) - Full Reaction

Well this was fun!! i really like Yalena’s character and Bucky so that was great! It had a good balance of comedic relief, action etc. It’s weird because since watching it I am questioning it more but I still liked it the most out of any recent marvel we have seen! What did you guys think of it?Find your own copy.Download this reaction.

Hiya! What's up?I always ask my kids "whats up?" and they say "good" and I kind of love that. Hope you had a good weekend! Ben was out of town so I was single mommin' and I just have the utmost respect for full time single parents, they bow to no one. It was good though, cereal for dinner one night, gave myself a medal for taking them to the waterpark on my own, but slept so bad every night he was gone, so I am tiiiirrreee...

Bridge of Spies (2015) - Full Reaction

This was what I love about the movies-learning someone’s story and doing it in a way that makes you feel like you could know them. Showing you a different angle and making you feel. Nothing too flashy but 2.5 hours went by so fast!Find your own copy.Download this reaction.

Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (1993) - Full Reaction

I went into this kind of thinking i would be rolling my eyes and it was a movie for teen boys but the draw of learning someone’s story and getting to know him got me! I loved Linda so much, it really is so tragic how young he was gone. I thought the actor did a really good job, he had a great smile!FYI Bridge of Spies will be up tomorrow morning! Ello Poppers!Hope you had a good weekend! We spent some time at a reservoir, kids got swimmer's itch and sunburns, love summer ;) I kind of feel like were stuck in the in-between right now-not enough summer left to do a trip or anything, too soon for back to school supplies? Making the most of sleeping in, walks at night after the sun goes down and absolutely zero time to myself;) This week we have MAD MAX: HIGHWAY TO THE THUNDERDOME ;) We ...

Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome (1985) - Full Reaction

Well this was Max and then like woah 😵‍💫and then it worked. I kind of fell in love with MG as MM in these 3 movies and I just am fascinated by this crazy world the director thought up! I say my favorites in order in the outro, what’s yours? Find your own copy.Download this reaction.

Man of Steel (2013) - Full Reaction

Man of Stttteeeellll! I really liked this spin on his story and how they told his story! It was fun seeing familiar faces pop up and I know Carly has changed her stance from the intro by the end ;). Also, sorry for the outro audio, it sounds a bit muffled!Find your own copy.Download this reaction.

Up up up and away coming

Hey butterheads! Happy Pioneer Day (tomorrow, yes that’s a thing in Utah!) it’s basically just another excuse to have pie and fireworks and I’ll take it.I’m not going to lie, it has been nonstop since getting back home and I kind of feel like i’m drowning a bit, but surprisingly….up beat! It’s just exponentially harder to accomplish things with the children just always here haha, good thing they are cute! My one son is struggling mo...

PR POLL 1-300 2 of 2

Yesterday I did a live drawing for 2 polls from The Popcorn Request site with numbers 1-300. I think we got a good mix of genres, years and most-least requested.***PLEASE NOTE!! On this one I originally pulled The Whole Nine Yards, when looking it up after I realized I have seen that one. (I actually thought that it was The Green Mile originally, doh!) Anyways, the kids randomly drew another one and it was Cruel Intentions!!This is Poll #2, make ...

Bringing Up Baby (1938) - Full Reaction

Had to do a little switcharoo from Man of Steel to Bringing up Baby, for good reason though! Carly wants to watch Man of Steel with me! I thought she had already seen it, but she hadn’t and really wants to! Yay! Bringing Up Baby was so much fun! Earnest and nerdy Cary Grant and chaotic Katherine Hepburn were the perfect pair. I loved how she was not the usual poised, elegant leading lady and so completely herself. I too have gotten into someone...

The Ghost and Mrs. Muir (1947) - Full Reaction
